In need of an invoice?

All orders are sent from Belgium. We use the courier company bpost to deliver your order. Articles which are indicated as “in stock” on the website are available off the shelf. Should this not be so, you will be contacted right away. Once we receive your order and payment, your articles are prepared for shipment as soon as possible. General conditions for returns / exchanges
Returning or exchanging an article bought in the online shop is possible, it it meets the following conditions:
- within 14 days after receiving the original purchased article
- not damaged
- in the original packaging (including label, accessories and associated documents)
- maximum 1 return per purchase
